Out of concern for our clients, our team and our community's health, Old Dominion Capital Management's staff will work remotely until further notice. Social distancing is one of the few actions within our control and we are using it to help minimize the spread of the Corona virus.
Phone calls will be routed to Laura’s cell phone, and she will remain the initial point of contact. Should she be on a call as you get routed to her, voice mail will answer. Please leave a message. She will be notified of your message and will be checking voice mails actively. She will make sure the appropriate person gets back to you. So, continue to call our main number, 434-977-1550 or 800-446-2029 for any needs.
Emails will be received by each of us remotely. As such, email continues to be one of the best ways to get in touch with us individually. You can also contact us at email@example.com.
Data. As we work off a centralized, secure network, we will all be able to access any data we need for any client need during this period.
Service. For any needs relating to service (need for distributions, depositing assets, etc.) there will be no changes in how we currently operate.
Appointments. We will be suspending in-person appointments, but encourage the use of video conferencing through the use of ZOOM.
Regular Mail. This will be more difficult to deal with. Any hard copy mail coming in may not be received until we are able to get back into the office. If you have sent us anything in the last few days, please alert us and we will make every effort to go collect the mail at our office in the coming days. For now, we ask that if you have something to send us, let us know, and we will arrange a different address or a different means, like a UPS, to have the materials go directly to where they need to go.
